Who we are
EveryTake is a collaborative photo album for events: guests scan a QR code, upload photos, and everything lands in one place. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with your data. Questions? Just write to us: rbritobut@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what EveryTake needs to work:
- On the waitlist: your name, your email and — if you choose to share it — the type and details of your event.
- In events: the photos guests upload, the name and emoji each guest picks, and their phone number — used only to recognise a returning guest.
No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics. We don't follow you around the internet.
What we use it for
Two things: running your event's album, and letting you know about access when your turn on the list comes up. That's it. We never sell your data, we never use your photos for ads, and we don't run face recognition — not now, not later.
Where your data lives
Your photos and data are stored on Google Cloud (Firebase), with restricted access. Only the people who need to operate the service get anywhere near it — and nobody sits around browsing your party's photos.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data stays with us until we get in touch about access. Event data stays until the host deletes the event — and deleting the event deletes the photos and data with it, for real, not just hidden away.
Your rights (LGPD)
The data is yours. At any time, you can:
- access what we hold about you;
- correct any of it;
- ask us to delete everything.
Just email rbritobut@gmail.com and we'll sort it out, no red tape.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes here, we update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, we email everyone on the list.
